Ed Sheeran has been making good use of his time off from the music biz. His latest good deed included dropping in for an impromptu bedside concert for a 9-year-old super fan who spends most of her time in the hospital.
According to the Facebook page hosted by her mother, Melody Driscoll was diagnosed with the rare neurological disorder Rett Syndrome at birth, is unable to walk or talk and has spent about 80 percent of her life in hospitals where she's undergone more than 40 operations.
Though she was only expected to live a few years, Melody will turn 10 in December and her mother refers to her as a "living miracle."
Sheeran provided Melody with a little magic recently when he popped into her hospital room in southeast England to play a mini-set for one of his biggest fans.
Strumming his ukulele, Sheeran clearly makes Melody's day with his version of "Photograph."
He truely is the best human on this earth!
