Student shares genius tips for dealing with stress her teacher gave her

A list for dealing with stress has gone viral online. The list, titled "101 Ways To Cope With Stress" was shared by a student online after her psychology teacher gave it to her in class.

Although the list was made for teens and young adults, we can all learn from this!

Her teacher shared that he shares the list at the beginning of the year as that is when his students are most stressed as they have to hand in their college applications as well as sitting exams.
