Never struggle to peel garlic again
When the power of the internet was last combined with cooking, we ended up with Uber Eats and I haven't cooked anything since then.
It's not that I don't like cooking but it can just take so long and involves a lot of individual tasks that are sure to frustrate. Jobs like peeling a carrot without the skins ending up all over the bench. Add that to the capsicum you have to seed and an onion that needs dicing with the only kitchen knife you have which you've washed three times already.
But according to this video, there's a better way to deal to garlic when it's on the ingredient list. Instead of struggling over trying to peel off its multiple translucent skins, the video below demonstrates that a sharp knife can be used to pry the skins off in one movement.
