Aries
Hula Hooping
If you’re going to work out, you might as well have a laugh, right? Taking it back to the good ol' Primary School days, these classes are actually an incredible core workout that’ll have you jogging and doing squats while spinning a freakin’ hula hoop around your waist. Get ready to build some serious abs, coordination skills, and party tricks galore.
Taurus
Water Aerobics
Very low impact, that's why the oldies love it! But don't get it twisted, water aerobics can be a great way to work out that's great on the body.
Gemini
Boxing
Gain some muscle and some punching power while you're at it. A good way to let some aggression out. (Hehe)
Cancer
Karate
Or any martial arts for that matter. These styles of workouts are great for your endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, sense of balance as well as overall raw strength.
Leo
Trampoline
If you were deprived of all the trampoline fun when you were younger, you can channel your inner child and let loose during this exhilarating workout. You’ll focus on different body parts as you do jump squats, jump lunges, and even use resistance bands. Looks intense but SO FUN.
Virgo
Crossfit
Join the cult. We dare you.
Libra
Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength, and muscle balance.
Scorpio
HIIT
High-intensity interval training or HIIT is a cardio-based training regime that involves short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by very brief rest periods. Keeping that heart rate super high!
Sagittarius
A Morning Rave
If you love partying but can’t take the 4-day hangovers and stacking it in your perilously high heels, A morning rave is for you. Usually, pre-sunrise, you can dance the morning away in a club while sipping on smoothies and eating a healthy breakfast. Cardio and endorphins for the win. Very popular in larger cities - for now, I suggest playing some great music and rocking out.
Capricorn
Anti-Gravity Yoga
If you've wondered what it was like to exit a cocoon as a butterfly, here is your chance. Yoga, in the air - on a hammock-like contraption.
Aquarius
Air Barre
Similar to the above, but ballet-style workout - also in a hammock
Pisces
Hot Yoga
Yoga. But in (sweat dripping in places you didn't know it could) hot conditions.
I hope this list serves as some kind of inspiration for you all to get that hot bod moving!!
