December the 9th is a date our community will never forget. Today marks the one year anniversary of the fatal Whakaari/ White Island eruption.
A group of private mental health clinicians in the Eastern Bay of Plenty have kindly offered their services to the public. Below is a list of places where you are able to receive free mental health support in the community.

What's Up – 0800 942 8787 (for 5–18 year olds). Phone counselling is available Monday to Friday, 12noon–11pm and weekends, 3pm–11pm. Online chat is available Monday to Friday from 1pm–10pm and Saturday and Sunday from 3pm–10pm.
